This wine was produced with Baga grape (50%) born in chalky-clay soil and Touriga Nacional grape (50%) born in sandy soil, and fermented in stainless steel vats during 2 weeks under temperature control.
This wine will have a life superior to 10 years. During the first 5 years it presents the Touriga grapes' flavours, passing the next years being dominated by Baga grapes' flavours.
To be dished up with roasted fish in the oven or white meats.
