This is a sparkling wine produced without any pressing of the must of Baga grapes from chalky-clay soils on Quinta do Moinho vineyard.

It shows flavors of raspberry, mulberry and cherry.

It's good to pair with shellfish, fish, Chinese and Japanese food.
