This wine is produced from Baga grapes harvested at the last week of September and submitted to the technique of concentration (MOLECULAR).

The fermentation of the must was stopped (ABAFADA) using the refrigeration.

It is an excellent wine as an aperitif, or with desserts of red fruits and cheese.
