Produced from Baga grapes harvested at the last week of August, and submitted to the technique of concentration (MOLECULAR).

The fermentation of the must was stopped (ABAFADA) using refrigeration.

It's excellent as an aperitif, or to pair with deserts with low sugar or with tropical fruits.
