Produced from Bical grapes on chalky-clay soil, Cerceal and Sercialinho on sandy soil, was harvested in the second week of September, and submitted to the technique of concentration (MOLECULAR).

The fermentation of the must was stopped (ABAFADA) using refrigeration.

It is an excellent wine as an aperitif or to pair with fruit salad or fruit desserts with low sugar.
