To celebrate the Grandson's FERNÃO birthday, the Grandfather PIRES made a red wine with 94% FERNÃO PIRES grape and 6% BAGA grape, in two beds, fermented together in small plastic lagares for 10 days with manual punching down.
It is a good pairing with fish, white meat and light cheese.
